Alison Doody

Alison Doody was born in Dublin in the year 1966. She was born into a well-off family. She is the youngest child of three. The nunnery she attended was one of the most prestigious which sparked her interest to the arts. Following a short period in the convent, she returned to National College of Fine Arts in Dublin. But because of a lack of motivation she decided she needed some time off and gave her ten months. When she was with her friends in a coffee shop where a photographer walked in, she was demanded to act as a model. In the hope of earning pocket cash, she agreed to yes. Modeling proved both entertaining and lucrative. And shortly after, she started doing it professionally. She was able to explore the globe with her commercial modeling after signing contracts. A casting director noticed the work she was modeling and advised her to pursue acting. In the year she turned 19, a casting director sent her to London in which she won an audition to star in A View to a Kill, the latest James Bond film. The actress was so enthralled by acting, she worked in this direction. The first film she appeared in was followed by two more of TV dramas filmed in London and Dublin.
